Thanks for your interest in the Baila Baila Spanish Program!
The Baila Baila program is a dynamic and engaging way to introduce children to learning Spanish through music, arts and games. We offer classes in various locations in Los Angeles as well as private tutoring and group classes in the convenient of your home.
Once the student is enrolled in the program, he/she receives a
Baila Baila CD, Baila Baila coloring pages and crayons. Each
class the teacher will bring physical learning aids, arts &
crafts, and perform the Baila Baila songs with the guitar to
better illustrate the subject of the week.
Each session consist of six of 45 – 60 mins
classes. Class length depends on age of students. You can use your six classes within 2 months. After this period we will not validate your classes.
Each class lasts 45 minutes.
Every class will follow the following pattern:
- Greeting Song
- Circle time (singing and dancing)
- Introduction of the subject of the week
- Story Telling/Art project
- Circle time (singing ,dancing and/or game)
Baila Baila offers classes for kids of all ages. You can choose from the
Mami y yo classes (Ages 1.5-3)
Students come with their parent(s) or caregiver(s). It is
designed to engage the student’s minds and bodies through music and
movements. In this total immersion class, the teacher uses lots of
visual aids and repetition to learn new words and provide help to
parents/caregivers to learn how to reinforce the subject at home as
Yo solito classes (Ages 3-5)
This is a dynamic class full of activities to keep the student’s
minds busy learning new words and engaging in new adventures. This
class encourages students to learn not only new vocabulary, but
teaches students full phrases as well. Most classes include an in-class
art project to take home and a book will be read together during class.
Yo solito is a great class for kids who are enrolled in preschool, but
have not yet started kindergarten.
Juego y Aprendo classes (Ages 6-11)
During these classes kids will be introduced to new words
through fun games, arts, and crafts. Students build a Baila Baila
dictionary that they will take home at the end of the eight class session.
This class focuses more on conversational Spanish and basic grammar.
The teacher makes sure that students not only listen, speak, sing, and
play in their new language, but read and write as well. Each session of
this class lasts 1 hour.
